中式|餐: 炆瑤柱節瓜脯 Hairy Cucumber & Dried Scallop Stew
[2010/6/29] 夏天最好食瑤柱節瓜脯. 節瓜正氣, 最適合夏天食, 用來炆江瑤柱, 鮮味無窮, 伴飯一流.
材料: 節瓜1個、江瑤柱2-3粒、蒜蓉1湯匙、薑2片
調味料: 鹽、胡椒粉
做法:
1) 節瓜洗淨, 用刀刮去外皮,切粗段
2) 江瑤柱用水浸至軟身, 用手撕開.
3) 熱鑊加油, 爆香薑片, 下節瓜煎至兩面少許金黃色
4)下蒜蓉爆香, 炒勻節瓜, 然後下江瑤柱和江瑤柱水, 慢火煮約20分鐘,直至節瓜軟身為止
5) 加豆粉水, 汁煮至濃稠, 起鑊即成即成
