Cooking [飯人與我]

I remember one of my Highschool friends told me that rice is the utmost important thing to men and without rice their souls would not be satisfied. At first I don't believe it, but now I do. Hubby is truly a 飯人 - 無飯不歡者是也.

As I don't use measurement cups and follow cookbook, it's nonsense for me to share any recipes. I guess I could share some tips with you that I learned from my mom, other excellent chefs and great teachers.好一位我行我素者, 其實亂煮一通...but I will follow closely on pastry and cake recipes.

Initially when I wrote this page I have a "+2". It means my elder brother and my sister-in-law whom immigrated to US and lived with us for nine months. Now is "+2-2" coz they are reallocating back to HK. Hope they will find this page helpful. By the year end of 2010, I should have a "+2-2+1" = "+1".
