中式|餐: 炒波菜 Stir-Fried Spianch
[2010/7/14] 炒波菜很容易. 一定好吃. 波菜出水後會變小, 記住買多D波菜啦!
材料: 波菜、蒜片、蔥片
調味料: 鹽
做法:
1. 波菜洗淨. 切去尾部.
2. 起油鑊, 爆香薑蒜片, 下鹽, 加入波菜拌炒, 即可.
